Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that pays.
Find your Game Pass subscription and select Manage.
Choose Cancel subscription, or Turn off recurring billing to keep playing until your paid time runs out.
Confirm, and look for Microsoft's confirmation email.

Bought Game Pass with a prepaid code from a store? There's nothing to cancel; it simply runs out, and refunds follow that store's policy.
