Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships in a web browser and sign in with the account that pays.
Next to YouTube Music Premium, select Manage membership.
Choose the option to cancel and confirm.
Check the Status on that page to make sure the membership is ending.

Paying through Apple? Then Apple bills you. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions instead.

Pay through Google Play? Cancel in your Google Play account settings.
