Select Billing in the sidebar.
Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Paying through Apple? Then Apple bills you. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions instead.

Common questions
- What happens to my passwords?
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, then the account is frozen. You can still sign in, view and copy items and export your data, but you can't add or edit items or autofill in the browser.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. 1Password doesn't refund past charges or unused time when you cancel.
- Can I come back later?
- Yes. Sign in on 1Password.com, select Billing and choose Subscribe to unfreeze the account.
