Open the app you joined Uber One with: Uber or Uber Eats.
Open the Uber One section of your account.
Select Manage Membership, then End membership.
Confirm. Paid members keep their benefits until the end of the billing cycle.

You cancel in the app; Uber's terms don't offer a way to end Uber One on the website.
