How to cancel Peloton

Fastest wayGo to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership, select Manage next to your membership, then Pause or cancel.Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership in a web browser and sign in.
Under Memberships, select Manage next to the membership you want to end.
Select Pause or cancel, then choose to cancel.
You can keep taking classes until the end of your current billing period.
Paying through Apple? Then Apple bills you. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions instead.
Got the Peloton App through Google Play or Roku? Cancel it there; Peloton's website can't cancel those.

Common questions
- Can I pause instead?
- Yes. An All-Access Membership can be paused for 1, 2 or 3 months from the same Pause or cancel option. While it's paused you can't take classes.
- When does my membership stop?
- At the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate any time from your Bike, Tread or Row or on the website.
- Can I get a refund?
- Only for a charge made in error, and only if you tell Peloton Member Support within 60 days of it.
- Is there a cheaper plan?
- The Peloton App One membership is $12.99/mo on the web ($15.99 if you buy it in the iPhone app), but it doesn't work on Peloton equipment. All-Access is $49.99/mo.
